I discovered SQL Tools and trust me it rocks. Its free and does majority of stuff that you would need for your day to day activties.
But one issue I saw with SQL Tools was I was not able to format my code. But as people say Where this a will, there is a way. I discovered SQLinForm.com.Its again free and formats code very neatly. Go try it.
One more option for formatting PLSQL/SQL code is SQLDeveloper from Oracle. But somehow I like using simple and light weight tools and have stuck with SQLTools and SQLinForm.com

ReplyDeletei use a tool called pl/sql developer it is not free but one of the best fof pl/sql development...it has an excellent code formatter...the tool for organizing code and debugging is especiaaly useful... it was easy to justify the roi on the spend at work
